So I’ve ordered tonight as I have before with no problem at all, food is great mind you. Tonight though I did mine and my wife’s usual order from them using just eat, half an hour later and no confirmation of order, nobody answering the phone, just a voicemail saying they’re only taking orders online from various things including just eat, ended up cancelling which was a pain in the butt since no way of contacting them directly on the phone. Will seriously consider elsewhere now which is a shame as the food is good but their lack of communication is less to be desired.

Had meal from here tonight for my partner and (i did collect) no faults. Food great friendly staff.

Thank you so much! Excellent customer service and lovely food, it's just a shame Just Eat let us down! Please apologise to the driver as we thought he was the Just Eat guy but it was actually the restaurant delivery driver with a fresh replacement after Just Eat failed to collect - and he climbed 3 flights of stairs for us - lovely! Thank you again,

Food all arrived cold. Messaged them and got no reply messaged again 2 days later then another 2 days after that. All messaged read but ignored.
