I telephoned Wendy's on Monday requesting a very special flower arrangement be sent to friends of ours who are going through a difficult time. The lady I spoke to (I apologise for not noting your name) was extremely helpful & sympathetic so I felt reassured. Our friends have just sent me photos of the arrangement they've received this afternoon - it's stunning! They are delighted with them, absolutely thrilled. I'm very very pleased indeed. Thank you Wendy's!!! It's even more impressive you've managed to deliver this gorgeous arrangement during Storm Francis, & our friends live out in the Cheshire countryside. Marvellous service.
