Wendell's Pub has great food and great happy hour prices. The staff are attentive and very polite. Definitely my favorite place. We go at least once a week. I would recommend it to everyone.

Went at lunch and although they weren't very busy as my previous visits the service was great and the food was delicious!
We went to Wendell's Pub, last night (Fri 11/27). The food was once again very good and our waiter was good and timely. VERY disappointed that mask requirement was NOT being enforced. Customers were allowed to walk in and led to a table with NO masks on???? More disappointed that we observed several employees NOT wearing masks or taking them on and off while walking around the restaurant side. At times we could see in the kitchen and there appeared to be no one wearing masks there either. Don't they have too as well? Pretty sad when other local and chain restaurants are getting it right. We feel all should comply...especially when it is so ordered and that there is a curfew and masks are required. If you don't care about the mask requirement then feel free to go. We will not be going back.

We had not been here for several years because it seemed the quality of the food and the service had declined . The breaded pickles were not good, the fish and chips was greasy and the service had declined. So I was in the mood for their prime rib today. According to their website they have prime rib on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. We went there for dinner and and no prime rib on Tuesday due to covid, this was another example of them not thinking about their customers. Anyway we did stay for dinner and I had the walleye and my partner got the fish and chips. Both meals were great. I'm happy to say it was a good experience. We will consider going here again.
