Genuine Person

Very poor announcer. Spoke to people like cattle. She said, \There's no point standing there waiting for a Met line train as you'll be there until Wednesday\. This was this morning. Very unprofessional, rude and chavvy way to speak to paying customers. It was their decision to put in a new signalling system anyway and we just have to 'fit in'.
