I received some jewellery boxes which were good quality for the price. Unfortunately no earrings fit in the postal earring boxes. Upon returning them for exchange I was given a credit note with a different price than I paid. When questioned I was told they were charged by Paypal on the original transaction so I'd be incurring those costs (and more)... it's not in their T&Cs but they arbitrarily charge customers for their business expenses it seems. I was also told it was a \gesture of goodwill\ that they agreed to accept them back. Maybe they should look into the law on that one? Decent products but horrendous customer service.
