Without going into too much detail, I have had cause recently to be in contact with the surgery on a regular basis for about the last 6 months. The support, care and empathy I have received from all the staff has been amazing and I don't think I could have come out of the other side without their support. Every Dr and receptionist I have spoken to have showed great compassion and have been very patient and understanding.. I have been with this surgery for 8yrs now and they are the best practice I have ever dealt with. The Dr's, nurses and reception staff are the best.

An excellent practice with a top notch team of GPs and nurses. I've been with this practice for over 20 years now and they always have a really well balanced team with GPs having different areas of expertise. The reception staff are efficient (not nosey or dragon like ) and I have to say that the nursing staff are absolutely amazing and often the unsung heroes of any practice.

Absolutely shocking service here. I have switched to the Springhouse medical centre which I would highly recommend. The garden city practice are incapable of even booking you in for a procedure with the right doctor. 3 times I had to reschedule for one procedure due to their incompetence. They offer very little support for pregnant women too, I phoned to say I was pregnant and thought I should let them know, they couldn't have been less bothered if they tried, they said I would have no need to come in for 16 weeks which is absolutely rubbish. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid!!!

The doctors and nurses are wonderful- but since they have moved to the new premises and they have new receptionist- they are without any understanding for patients- but I am told they have a process- as I ask to speak to a doctor the receptionist wants to know what wrong - I am having difficulty breathing and speaking- no empathy- she was rude without any regards- so I started to tell her - she called me rude I was not- by the way I am not well - but the process is more important- common sense has gone out the window and she put the phone down- god help anyone how rings and they can’t speak properly- I know- it’s a shame all the old good receptionist left they were full of common sense.

My GP Dr Shah goes out of his way to help me and even called me in his own time at 8.40 at night that is a sign of a great GP and the whole staff are very helpful i have been with this practice since 1959 when there was Dr Green and Dr Peachy.
