Highly recommend this company. The service is very professional and they can cater for all your needs no matter how big or small the request is. They are a business who are reliable and always deliver as scheduled. Product quality is superb and installation was fast, efficient with the workforce being very mindful and creating limited mess on site (busy household). 5 star rating from a happy customer and I will definitely use them again.

Couldn't recommend Reflex enough. Really helpful at every stage and made sure the new door fitted perfectly
We went ahead with Reflex for our bi-folding doors since their prices were competitive and also we wanted to support local businesses. Everything was fine and Chloe who worked in the office was very helpful. We have been using the doors for just over a month and so far, they work well. What they need to improve is on their customer service levels: on the day of the installation there was a mis-communication (although my builder and I remember what John said which he said didn't happen) and how Reflex Elite handled the situation was just not acceptable. We were trying our best to solve the issue as quickly as possible but John (the owner!) just would not allow us to get a word in!! He was talking over us trying to prove he was correct without looking at ways of fixing the issue. Thankfully by working with the builders and people that came to install (who were much helpful and calmer than John!) we were able to solve and install the doors. But, John really need to improve on his customer service, communication and work calm under pressure.
Really nice people - great service when choosing the door and the fitting people were fantastic. Would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.
I had my bifolds windows done 2 years ago. I have been so happy with their service, doors and quality of installation. They look wonderful and with 20 years guarentee. I will go back to them again to get my doors and windows done. They a professional and no hard sell at all. My kitchen looks amazing because of the your Bifolds. Thank you.
