I have been struggling to get anywhere with PC world for the last two weeks to repair a laptop touchpad and they have been absolutely useless. I googled BrokenPC Herts and got in touch with Gary and he came back to me almost immediately. He collected my laptop for FREE the same day and had a diagnosis back by the following morning. Gary then fixed my laptop for a very reasonable price and it was ready that same day. I would rather support this small business that waste my time with PC world again and we will be using BrokenPC Herts again for any issues with our company laptops.
