I converted to MAC plus MS Office in 2015, had no issue until late 2019 when my hosted email failed. My ISP advised they were moving servers, that my 4 accounts were too big and they couldn't help because it was Outlook for MAC (OfM). After wasting 100 hours doing the only thing the ISP could suggest, the MS Database failed and I was forced to suffer webmail. Then contacted almost every IT outfit in Perth with no success, Don responded that Compnow was familiar with OfM and with little work due to covid19, I bought an updated OfM, took the MAC to them and am now happy that 20 years worth of mail has now been recovered. When no-one else could or would offer anything, Compnow did and deserves my highest recommendation and certainly has earned my custom for any and all future IT work required.

Amazing experience, they did such a fantastic job repairing the back light of my MacBook pro, in a short time frame too. Definitely recommend them for repairs.

I needed to have my MapBook Pro battery replaced, Apple Store was two weeks but CompNow was just 4 days (late afternoon booking). When your equipment is how you do your work this is where you need to get it fixed. Plus parking at the front door. I'll definitely head to them rather than the Apple Store in future.

I went in at 4:55 and they still willing to help me with my booking, it took about 30 mins to complete my multiple bookings. The staff is very patient and educated, he still continue to help me even though it's closing time
