Brilliant vets practice the staff are lovely and can't do more to help and are very caring they are always good with my boys and matilde the physio I highly reccomends she has done an amazing job with my little man and his hip porcupine training I call it

Westfield Vets in Wells. URGENTLY called them at 5.30am and 5.40am. Both times they DISCONNCTED the call. Just called them now at 9.31am to tell them that we lost our Chihuahuas pup because I had to travel 25 mins down the road because of them. No answer? (30th Dec 2019)

I cannot stress strongly enough how grateful we are to the staff at this surgery. From the outset they have been faultless and have gone over and above for us, at a most distressing time. Staff are primarily focused on the welfare of our pet, above all else, and this kind of natural humility is not to be undervalued. Thank you to you all on behalf of Norman Stanley Fletcher (and his owners). I would highly recommend this practice, on behalf those who are unable to speak for themselves, you can be assured they will be put first and dealt with with love and affection, who could ask for more !
