Love going to this Waitrose. It's not too big but stocks everything. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. There's always a nice atmosphere there.

Friendly staff and a good selection of products. Handy parking as well, which you get partially refunded if you spend 5 or 15 in the store. Took a nice photo of a rainbow over the shop on the 1st March.

Dire. Freezing cold day. Went to customer service at 3.pm no shopping brought out 3.20 returned another customer order brought. Went in again offered a parcel. Eventually my shopping . Oh dear waitrose you must do better. How about a bit of technology like Morrison's texting when arriving so no need to enter store?

Smaller shop but have a good variety of products. Considering current circumstances it's well managed in regards to covid precautions. Only downside is the car park fees but they do offer it back in store at checkout.

Fantastic store to shop in a lovely historical city. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially one lady on the till who served me, who allowed me to pick her brain with information of what certain areas were like, and where the cathedral was from there, so nice & I will never forget her helpfulness, as being a tourist on holiday, I knew nothing of this area, and only stopped on my way back from Cheddar because I absolutely love Waitrose produce. The store was well stocked, and had everything I needed to make my holiday much better, the tills were so quiet, everything looked so clean and spacious, and the large car park was very easy to find a parking space at an affordable price. Unfortunately, I had no time to enjoy a free coffee thanks to my Waitrose card, but the next time I go to Somerset, this store will be my first port of call, such a nice experience. Update Feb 17 - My latest visit was a real let down thanks to the rude young lady in the cafe, as I asked for a large cappuccino, got a latte i presume as no coffee taste at all, plus almost cold, I took it back to explain & ask if I could have what I ordered, got a disgusting response, she slammed the new drink down, but this one was even worse, all milk, needless to say I left it and will avoid in future as it's ruined my overall impression of this store now.
