I visited the practice today to have a wisdom tooth removed. I was a bit nervous but the service I received was outstanding, really above and beyond any I have received before. The room was full of a lavender scent and there was relaxing music playing in the background. Both of these really helped me remain calm, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The two ladies I saw were so helpful and put me at ease, they really provided a comfortable, friendly atmosphere, and it was all done at my own pace, which is something I really appreciated.

I recently moved here from another Dentist in Wells, and I am already completely bowled over by the care and treatment I have received. The new practice is amazing, all of the reception staff are so professional and friendly, and are clearly, fantastically led by a Practice manager that went above and beyond to make sure that my treatment plan was clear and precise, and that I knew what to expect. The dentist herself (Joanne) was the consummate professional, warm ,welcoming and friendly. She explained the whole procedure as she was doing it (root canal) and I honestly felt no pain whatsoever. I have no concerns about the continuing treatment plan I have booked, and it is a real novelty to not dread going to the dentist. Well done to all of the team at Rock House Dental Practice, what an asset to the City.

We have recently moved to Rock House from a practice in Street and I cannot beleive the difference. All of the staff are really friendly and welcoming. They put you at real ease. Both my son who is 9 and my daughter 13, have had fillings at the practice. For obvious reasons they were nervous but Matt was fantastic and made them feel very comfortable. He is great with children and the procedure was carried quickly and calmly. I highly recommend Rock House, in particular Matt if you have young children.

I have always had a pleasant experience with every visit to Rock House. I’m always greeted with a smile at reception, the team are always very friendly and helpful. It’s also rare that I have to wait more than a few minutes before seeing the dentist which is great! Mathew is a brilliant Dentist, he’s very professional, always makes me feel relaxed and in safe hands! And he’s a genuinely nice guy! And that goes for all the staff I’ve encountered at Rockhouse too! You can tell the staff take pride in their work. I would highly recommend.
