Cooper & Tanner

I have both bought and sold with Cooper and Tanner in Wells. Sam, Lorraine, Joanna and the team are all brilliant, supportive and calm throughout the process of selling and buying. A great team of negotiators and communicators with a good peppering of humour. Highly recommend this wonderful team. Thank you.

I chose Cooper & Tanner to help me sell my house after a visit from Samuel, he was professional and informative and very friendly, he loved the house and said he felt he could sell it easily and he did. I dealt with several members of helpful staff during the selling procedure and they were all great, i thoroughly recommend.

Following the death of my mother we had to undertake the selling of the family home. Sam at Cooper & Tanner was excellent, he was considerate and offered great advice and was enthusiastic in his approach to selling the house. From start to finish Cooper & Tanner were always approachable and answered any queries we had along the way. They liaised with our buyers solicitors and our own solicitors to ensure that the sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Five stars all the way!
