My family visited the Wellness Park Residences in May 2019 just to use the swimming pool. On the date of our visit the cost was only 100 Baht per person. This included towel service. The pool was great for my children because it was divided into sections of different depths. There are some shady spots on the edges as well. I recommend going later in the day when the buildings provide nice shade over the pool area. It was very quiet and peaceful for our family to relax. It looks just like the pictures online.

Good facility, long swimming pool, two styles of breakfast ( Japanese, American breakfast), free fitness 24 hours, sauna and onsen and clean room. Good standard for residence. You can find lots of comic books during breakfast but all are Japanese books. Enough parking lots for guests and room services are good. It's close to many convenient stores.
A great place to stay if you want this area. Clean, fresh, friendly but breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about. Remember this Baan Krod area not Ayutthaya city.
Relaxing stay with large pool and free use of gym , would recommend either having a car or at least motorbike when staying here though I think they have car that will take you too the mall and back,there's also a seven eleven there for snacks you might want.

The apartment was very clean and the surroundings as well. Though this property caters mainly for the japanese clientele the staffs are very helpful. The restaurant was ok but the lady dont understand english and cant even explain the food.
Its more of a residence for Japanese workers than a hotel... not suitable for daily hotel.... monthly more appropriate. Birds like to bath in the pool. Breakfast disappointing.... overall made it overpriced.
A great n peace ful place to live near Ayyuthya.. Big C mall is at walking distance with multi crusine restaurants.. The Japanese chef cooks delicious food specialy for you...
