Very good from start to finish, arranged an appointment in store on Tuesday with Andy very helpful and not pushy understood our needs. As the carpet was in stock arranged for the fitting today (Thursday) with Sam who did an excellent job. Would highly recommend Tapi carpets

I have bought roll carpet and vinyl to fit myself, and used their fitting service for a couple of rooms and at all times have received good service. Never too much pressure in store, knowledgeable and happy to discuss my requirements. Today I had a landing and stair carpet fitted, I ordered just before the Covid-19 lockdown, a little worried if my order would be completed. I had plenty of email updates during their shutdown and when the store reopened we arranged Fitting and everything went well. Thank you Tapi Wellingborough.

Walked in around 5.00pm today only to have a half hello from someone at the desk. His colleague came out from the back a few minutes later and completely ignored us. No help whatsoever from them to see if we needed any help. We walked out after around 5-10 minutes as none of them asked if we needed any assistance, only to be ignored again. No thank you or bye even though the place was completely empty. Just because we walked in dressed very casually does not mean we do not want to spend money. We own multiple properties in the area and were just giving you a chance from other major competitors we usually go. Not a problem, a major competitor just got another order for a whole house 30 minutes ago. We advise future clients to wear a shirt and tie before approaching Tapi

Waking up this morning to our new carpets fitted yesterday by Tapi at Wellingborough was amazing. From purchasing to fitting the whole experience has been first class. Adam at Tapi was so helpful in assisting with our choice of carpet and colours, Colin came to measure up, such a lovely gentleman and so knowledgeable. Jeff, Richard and Gemma came and fitted yesterday, what a great team, passionate about what they do and so obviously work well together, a superb job, clean, tidy and efficient. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this whole team if you are looking to buy new carpets.
