I meant to post this at Christmas still better late than never. Everybody has a bit extra at Christmas so we had 2 extra black bin bags by our normal dustbin. The bin men said they couldn’t take them due to Health and Safety quoting they could get injured picking them up. BUT.... they pulled up around the corner to the next street and a lady had in the front of her house extra boxes bin bags aswell as her usual bins and wait for it.... yes you may have guessed ! a 10 note in her hand. The bin men proceeded to pick up all her extra rubbish. Looks like the tenner over rules the health and safety .. bunch of tossers.
Disgusting refused to remove my iteams after i paid for service said i should carry the large items such as washing machine myself from back garden on my own while 4 men cant do it disgusting behaviour what a way to treat a female disgusting behavoiur was told if im not strong enough to carry it i will get a refund as the 4 men employed to do it wont do it unless i carry it an extra cople of feet.
I forgot to put a neighbours bin out whilst they were on holiday, and missed the bin lorry collection. I called Wellingborough Norse to see if they could ask if the lorry was still in the area and if so, could they come back and collect the bin. To my surprise, they came back! Thanks Wellingborough Norse for your help and understanding.
Useless company, missed collecting ours and our neighbours bin, said they would send out to pick up missed collections over the next 3 days, 8 days later still nothing, I've called multiple times they just keep saying it will be today... I have a pile of recycling building up in my house now.
