Love having my milk and other dairy products delivered by JKL. I frequently add items to my order and these always appear as they should. Never had any problems and the staff are very polite when I call them despite the pressure they must be under during the current situation. Thanks guys, cant recommend you enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you! My milk is delivered on time every time. Have spoken to staff and the customer service is brilliant! Drivers make no noise no matter what time my delivery is. Always nice to see my milk on the doorstep when I wake up! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Very poor service. Repeatedly make errors in deliveries (under deliver). Products have very short shelf life, affecting taste and freshness. Never closes gate after delivery. Moreover, no option to set up standing order despite email invoices regularly being sent to spam boxes. Unforgiving halt of service after one occasion of not finding invoice in spam box.
