Daughter went to Isebrook dental dept as she had a broken tooth. She was very nervous. The receptionist, dentist and his nurse not only done a fantastic job with my childs tooth, they helped make her feel more at ease with the event. Thank you for an excellent experience.
Warning regarding the new locum in the mental health team, Rudest doctor i've ever met, a disgraceful way to treat patients, it's questionable how he got the job to begin with, i'd hold off on appointments until hes replaced and use the GP or other services, only use this place as a last resort, i'd like others to share their story because i know a multitude of people are disgusted.
The place is clean tidy and modern. My mother is in Beechwood there. The staff seem lovely when you are there and mum thrived I'm delighted to say. Sadly, if you ring for any updates, which I have done twice, they are VERY unpleasant on the phone to put it mildly. This is no necessary. Very unprofessional.
