Amazing service today for my son who needed emergency treatment. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful and the dentist himself. Sorted out antibiotics within a few hours. Fantastic service thank you!

Thank you all for your help this morning, had raging toothache and an abscess, spoke to a receptionist who was lovely and then dentist who was lovely and sorted out a prescription for antibiotics sent straight the chemist, great service under such difficult times. Well done ladies.

This worst dental surgery. We all know is covi19 but even if you not seeing your patients and they call for an emergency you have to give them the guidelines what to do or where to go. I always have a bad experience with this surgery and I think is time I look for a other dentist. I just call the bupa in wellingborough an they where more helpful.

Not a good service! I used this dentist for years often twice per year ... I paid for a whitening, they took a mold of my teeth that did not fit, I booked an appointment to get it rectified, they booked the wrong person to see me, I went to reception saying I had booked a different appointment who did not help ... Years later I could not make an appointment as I was stuck in traffic so I called to rearrange and get told off. I then can not make a 2nd appointment for personal reasons ... get told I need to write a letter explaining why ... I complained about the problems with no call back ... I drive to them to complain ... no calls back .. I email them and finally get a response, but get told I should of done something at the time and they can not help me. I have now moved to Redhill Care who are much better. Update 29/01/2020 This review had a reply to call the supervisor, but I had already been dealing with her. I called and she did not have any solution ready, she did not know that I had been asked to call her. The response was clearly put here for political reasons only. You have my number, if you want to actually do something you can call me next time.
