Ohh My God!. Spent 2hrs today on the phone in a que and still didn't get a answer from anyone. What is is 8 calls a day max per adviser? I know your a good organisation but you have to do way way better than this with phone calls. Terrible! If you were a business 1stly the Adviser would be sacked and the company would go out of business.
