I've been in a wheelchair for quite some time so am unable to carry out regular cleans. Well polished come in (even during these hard times) and are clean, tidy, respectful and most importantly-thorough and punctual. Can't thank the staff enough for still coming in and getting it beautiful. Isolation is easier with a clean home and when I can't do it myself it's reassuring to have such wonderful staff and management.
I've been using this company for about a year now and have always found the service reliable and friendly and the quality of this service is excellent.

appalling service ,awful experience...sent the 1st lady and assured me that she was an experienced cleaner...however unbeknown to bruce [the franchise holder]she told me that this was her 1st time..how is that for honesty bruce?..after 3 weeks i finished her ..a new lady started who was fine....so it was 3 weeks owed for 1st cleaner i.e 155.40 . so brucey baby comes up with a new beauty ..instead of an offer of a refund for the inept cleaner he decides to charge me 70 over the money due for an agency fee ? so unsurprisingly i told brucey to stick his bill where the sun dont shine and was getting the correct amount only...brucey has ended our beautiful but brief tryst ..but dont trust this man , if you do you do so at your peril ...this review will also be sent to head office [in hooton] ...judging by their national reviews they need another negative one like a hole in the head..this will of course be sent to social services
