Always a pleasure to see the smiles on the ladies faces as you walk through the door. My wife and I have just completed NRT together and Lisa and co have been brilliant at helping us achieve our goals. Courteous, friendly and with happy faces no matter what time of day we've been in

Was told by multiple people that my prescription would be ready and wasn't then gave me no resolution to this. Staff moaning they had to stay past there finishing time (minutes), very unprofessional.
