We have just used Welcome Homes to sell my partners property and they also helped us secure our wonderful new house. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura and Fiona, even all the questions that we asked out of normal working hours. This is a big plus when you’re not sure of the ins and outs and a question pops into your head! I would highly recommend Welcome Homes. I had various people come out when I placed my house on the market and Welcome Homes were by far the best option, very friendly and provide excellent service. Very welcoming and continually in contact to advise of house viewings. Even at short notice nothing seems to much for them. Doing house viewings on short nice when I was working, and maintaining a very professional customer client relationship. Would recommend this company to anyone way before the big name estate agents.
Myself and my partner have just bought our first home using welcome homes and they made the full experience so much easier! Being two 23 year olds it was a daunting experience looking at homes and contacting estate agents but laura and Fiona made us feel so welcomed and helped us with anything we were unsure of. We also would not have even gotten our first home if they weren’t so responsive to us and emailed us when the first offer of the house didn’t go through and let us know it was back on the market! So professional but down to earth and can’t thank them enough!
