Seriously need to sort your timings out, I'd say it was a joke but it's not funny!! If you say your order will be ready in 45 mins then it should be ready in 45 mins! For the second time in the past month weve found the shop with far too many people in it, obviously as their food is delayed, its impossible to maintain social distancing, if all the pubs and restaurants can sort it then why cant you?? Needless to say our food was 30 mins late and luke warm at best, we wont be going again sorry.

Can't fault the food. Fresh, tasty and lots of it.
Foods ok but always have to wait almost 2 hours. I think every time I've ordered they have forgot. When I call to say iv been wait 90 minutes they say \were cooking it now\. This has happened 4 time. 2 stars for how many hours you have to wait.
2 hour wait so far for a delivery, told it would be an hour. Rang after 1.5hrs to be told it was on its way and it’s still not here
