Staff member was rude and obnoxious when I tried to drop off a parcel to be returned to Amazon via their Collect Service. Employee rudely commented that drop off would only be accepted after 9am next morning . Even though website clearly shows open till 6am to 10pm. I am disabled and had to use a taxi to get to the store and then to be rudely and obnoxiously told that no drop off and that the store had nothing to do with the times listed on collect link. My advice use another store, as this one is definitely not customer friendly.

Appalling customer service tried collecting my parcel using the click and collect service and was turned away twice then to be told the shop was doing me a favour!
