Bought Bremsbeläge and I didn't get them in five working days. I send an email and they just tell me they could not send the parts for me (good that I asked how the status of my sending was), and they will just send me the money back.

Schlechter und unfreundlicher Service wie ich finde, Rücksendungen und Erstattung problematisch, ich musste mehrfach Mails schreiben. Die kompletten Versandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers, worauf sie aber natürlich in ihren AGBs hinweisen. Nachdem die Ware am 19.02.2019 zurückgeschickt worden war habe ich am 28.02. die Erstattung angemahnt, die erst dann auch erfolgte. Für mein Empfinden hat dies zu lange gedauert. Besser nicht von den teilweise günstigen Preisen locken lassen!

Keine Festnetznummer, man muss eine Handynummer anrufen. Bei Fragen zum Produkt kommen dann unfreundliche und besserwisserische emails ohne Unterschrift. Nicht zu empfehlen.
