Only good food cannot keep customers. Please note that Passata needs a huge improvement to service customers better. We waited for 2 hours for pasta, before that they almost serving wrong drinks even there were 5 glasses of wine already on the table. PS. We were one of three tables on that night, no excuses about being busy. PS.2 this was not the first time we went there and it was not the first these happen either.

Me and my family decided to eat at this restaurant for tonight's dinner. We booked a table for 7pm and ordered ten minutes after. The restaurant was empty, they were serving mine and 3 other tables. After one hour and a half we finally received the starter, a COLD dish composed of bruschette (bread with vegetables on top) and other things that definitely do not require a hour and a half to be prepared. After 2 hours they still didn't serve our first dishes, pasta. We decided it was enough and asked for the bill. 93 euros for a cold entree, 3 bottles of water, some bread and a plate of pasta (we previously asked if they could serve it quickly cause it was for a child) and some cups of wine.
