The apartment block I live in are cleaned by this company, generally they clean very well, on a recent clean, a team (C&K) did an amazing job, so much so I thought we had a positive vivid case in the block and we were being deep cleaned!!! The communal parts were spotless. A true credit to the company.

My washing machine recently broke. The engineer attended and explained that a new one would be required. A new one was ordered and the engineer fitted it. I was really impressed with the service. I didn’t once have to chase for anything and the company kept in regular contact with me providing updates. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate at all to use them again.

After water pouring from under my sink and my landlord raising the issue with Brass Facilities the team their were quick to give me a call to help me describe the problem. A few photos later i was re assured that this would be sorted the next day. Next morning sink is fixed within 10minutes. Friendly service, even the dog wanted to say hello :). Thanks again all! Great service and would highly recommend.

Got a job with this company putting bins out on a Sunday. Wanted to meet me on a Monday morning to discuss job and then again the following week to make sure I could move the heavy bins, (I am a woman) all fair enough. I woke up at 4.30am both days to be there on time to meet him. Told Mark both times that I would have my young daughter with me as I don’t have childcare on a Monday morning, was told this would be fine. During the second meeting Mark told me three times he ‘had concerns about me bringing my daughter with me’. I pointed out that the job was on a Sunday night when I have childcare and that the only reason she was with me was because he asked to meet me on a Monday. He told me to call him later that day. I’ve called four times over five days and been told each time I will receive a call back. Heard nothing. So I’m assuming I no longer have the job due to his concerns about me having a child, but he doesn’t have the nerve to ring me up and tell me that. As it happens I really wanted this job, I don’t mean to blow my own trumpet, but I’m reliable and thorough and was able to move the bins with ease. But, I will not work for a company that so blatantly discriminated against me because I happen to have a child. I hope they do lose the contract at the premises I visited, where they are hanging on by a thread. In fact, they deserve to lose every contract until they learn how to recruit within the law.
