Can’t thanks enough!!! Had the fantastic photoshoot in Beauford Open Top Tourer from the brilliant company ‘Lux Wedding Car Hire ‘! The vehicle was in amazing condition , very comfortable and stylish. They provided excellent customer service. They were very helpful, friendly and high professional. Also I have seen their other cars and want to say, cars are lovely and individual, different and stylish so looking forward for another photoshoot. Would totally highly recommend!
The WORST service from a company you could ever imagine. We emailed this company with images of the car we like, a link to there website to make it easy for them, there price list, and much more.. we couldn't have made it any easier for them to provide a easy quote and my goodness, We received a text we 3 different cars and a price, i sent a message back asking them to confirm the car and the price. they read the message and didn't come back to me. i emailed and no response. when i called they said they will call back in 20 minuets, they never did. We called them again and said its poor service and will STILL book with them if they can provide us with a small discount for the hard work we put in and the stress its caused, and they have said no. shocking!! didn't even offer an extra half hour with the car!! i am really shocked about the service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
We cannot praise the service enough. The Rolls Royce we had was beautiful! Arrived supper early and the driver Mark was incredibly professional.Would definitely use again for another occasion!
We hired a white classic taxi for our wedding and couldn't be happier with our decision. The price is very reasonable, and the driver was extremely professional, arriving on time despite the prudential cycle event happening. Lana was also very helpful in replying my questions, and she even showed us the cars before we made our decision. I would recommend Lux Wedding Car to anyone looking to have a stress-free wedding car hire experience!
