Very unprofessional. I have given an offer for a house and went through the entire process and got qualified for the purchase. They emailed me saying that NO More views nor offers will be accepted as we are FULLY QUALIFIED to buy the property but then they rang to inform me they have accepted another offer which is a waste of time. I dont recommend going through webbs they will confirm everything with you but they will still get viewings arranged and waste your time.
