I am going to give this 4 stars, because I went in with high expectations for the food and the service. After being seated we waited over 20 minutes before we were asked about our order. It was busy, but not that busy you wouldn’t ignore a table. The food was good, but not outstanding. As this is also doubles a cookery school I expected bigger favours and more interesting menu. I would say it was good, but not great.

Solid - decent meal. Good value for money. Food was fine but nothing remarkable. Service polite but a bit slow. At a busy tourist time this was a decent choice but the other reviews on here over hype it a bit.
Absolutely amazing dinner! My husband and I are pescatarian, so we eat a fair amount of fish - we came here for dinner on the last night of our honeymoon and thought the meal, and service, were truly excellent. I had a delicious fish stew for my main that was full to the brim with different fish and seafood, in a delicious broth. We enjoyed the ruby chocolate dessert (pictured) which was brilliant - so many flavours and surprises. The service was impeccable - we’ll be back! What a wonderful place.
