Do not buy a used vehicle from them. Bought a 2016 Chevrolet 1500 with 95,377 miles on it. I have owned it for 51 days and it completely stopped going into gear. Transmission completely shot which is very uncommon at just under 100,000 miles. There were metal shavings in the transmission. Even if Jerry’s did not know about this, there should be some kind of courtesy warranty like most dealerships provide for 90 days. Jerry’s is zero help and will not even consider splitting the cost of the 4600 new transmission. Spend your money elsewhere.

Very pleasant experience buying a car. Charles Kincaid was courteous and answered all questions quickly and wasn’t trying to push you into anything else other that what was asked. We communicated mostly by email and text, then set up a visit, test drive and just did paperwork and drove home. Overall 5 stars. Definitely recommend.
