Wearside Windows

Very impressed with the quality of workmanship and finish on our replacement windows. We found everyone involved, the person who gave the estimate, the lady answering the phone and the two gentlemen who came to fit the windows to be polite, courteous and professional. We were more than happy with the price we were charged and would not hesitate to recommend you to others. I can only speak highly of your company and wish you well for the future.

Can’t fault the company, their business philosophy of charging a fair price from the outset is how I like to do business myself. There are plenty of double glazing companies who quote outrageous prices from the outset and then insult your intelligence by pretending to offer what they describe as a ‘genuine’ discount if you sign up on the day, I was quoted 17,000 from one company who managed to reduce their original quote to 12500 via 3 separate sales calls, each time stating that they would be prepared to adjust the price to obtain my ‘valued’ custom, all this made me feel was that they were treating their potential customers as mugs. Wearside Windows quoted me one price which was fair, I wasn’t looking for the cheapest, just a reasonable price and that’s what I received. The two fitters were friendly and professional and changed every window and outside door in 3 days, there was minimal disruption and they tidied away their day’s work following each visit to such a degree that I was barely aware such major work was taking place. The company also stuck to their timetable of 6 weeks from order to delivery, so all in all, I’d highly recommend them. With no pressure selling, it was a pleasure doing business with them.
