Good service. Website not ideal for valuations as makes a few too many assumptions. But overall service at the branch was good.

Quick, easy and fair. Thank you.
Adam was very professional and helpful dealing with our car sale .
Not a good experience at all, they give you a valuation based on their questions on the website, then when you arrive they then look round your vehicle, pick issues with it (according to them) and substantially lower the price. Definitely wouldn't recommend them on my experience.
Complete waste of time, valuation went from 18000 on line to 16400 on the day, on a very clean Land Rover Discovery, which on the same day was valued by Glass Guide at 19350 trade...the WBAC man who gave me his inaccurate version of the motor trade, and of the Corona Pandemic, assessed it at grade 2, which is very good... Obviously we laughed and walked away ....
