I have worked for the company for 6 plus years, I've had support from my seniors and any issues dealt with and resolved quickly. I have consistency with my clients which benefits them and myself as I feel I can meet their needs by seeing them regularly. We have a lovely team of carers which provide excellent care, I love my job and it’s very satisfying when I leave seeing I've put a smile on client’s faces and look forward to our daily chats, feeling like I am making a difference, I would recommend the company.

I recommend this company as they listen to my needs and send me the same carers which is very reassuring to me I can call them very easy when needed. The carers are really helpful caring and are there for me when I need things doing they are more like friends than carers. The carers go out of there way and sometimes work over there time
The carers at “We are the care company” are fantastic; they have worked unceasingly to care for Mum and Dad. The number of times they have put themselves out is countless. The ladies have shown devotion above and beyond what would normally be expected. Thank You

We are the care Company is fantastic the management is superb it works as one big family and care is given to everyone clients,carers,and everybody else around it .the help or safety is at hand both financial ,emotionally and physically .am very pleased and happy to be part of the team
It is so reassuring to have a care company that we can trust and rely on, and one that Mom feels so content with. We have had some really difficult and worrying experiences in the past with different care companies and we feel very previlaged and lucky for Mom to be with a very professional company that really do care about their clients. We love that Mom has continuity of care, with her regular carer coming 3 times a day, on the days Michelle is working, which is so good for Mom's wellbeing, and in turn for us knowing that Michelle is familiar with so many things, and is so in tune with Mom's needs, encouraging her to eat and she goes that extra mile to make a variety of meals to entice Mom to eat. Also Mom is so contented with Michelle being her main carer. We would like to say a big thank you and well done to all of the staff, carers for their amazing work they do at all times, and the administrative staff too, for all the hard work they do, organising and keeping everything running smoothly especially through such a very difficult year. It has in no way compromised Mom's care at all, and you have an excellent team to be proud of!!! Thank you all from a very grateful family.
