The customer service at WDS is outstanding. Ground Source Heat Pumps are confusing for an idiot like me however WDS have been unbelievably patient, kind, understanding, talking me through and fixing issues that were entirely my fault. Not complaining that we have not stuck to our time schedules (gone over by more than 18 months!) We are lovely and warm with a plant room that looks immaculate. Thank you WDS. There are not many companies who treat their customers so well.

I had a heat pump installed in my house by this company and the subsequent services on it done by them. Faultless company with a great work ethic, great support and reliable.
After having a week without any heating thanks to the snow last year I started to look at heat pumps I decided to contact WDS Green Energy. After having an engineer around to look at my current heating setup he showed me a couple of examples at other houses. It was clear from the other home owners that WDS Green energy finished their work to a good standard, the people seemed genuinely happy with their heat pumps. I decided to go ahead with the proposed quote from WDS. The work took 4 days to complete with quite a lot of my garden been dug up for heating pipes. The team were really help and explained what they were doing and I learnt quite a lot about how the heating system worked and maintenance advice of the team of installers. I was really pleased with the work and cannot wait to see how hot my house is over the winter.
