Lee and his team at WCC are simply fantastic. Spoke to Lee about what service my car needed and got an instant quote and breakdown of what that included. These are Volkswagen Audi Group Specialists but their prices are vastly cheaper than the main dealers and I have to say they know their cars ... true specialists in their trade ! Car went in as planned, I was offered a courtesy car too ! Called mid afternoon to say it was ready to collect and cost exactly as agreed. I also received a summary of the overall condition, tyre pressures, tread, brake wear etc... Perfect. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my Audi now !
The customer service experienced with WCC was second to none; WCC proved to be the most competitive option for the cambelt and water pump change and air-conditioning service on my Skoda Fabia, and the customer experience was far superior to the main dealer experience. Perhaps most noticeably, I felt valued as a customer as others have noted in their reviews, and I will definitely be visiting WCC again!
Highly recommended, did a fantastic job on my s3 inspection service, spark plug change and even replaced some undergrad clips that was missing. There is nothing they won't do to help you. Thanks guys you will hear from me again AA
