We have been trying to have our leaves picked up for 2 weeks. Every time we call we are promised they will be picked up the next day, it never happens. The second week they failed to empty both cans as well, no note left to explain why. The customer service of this company is the worst I've ever experienced

I would be embarrassed to work for Republic Services. Did not pick up my trash for 3 months as it stock pilled in my garage until i put it all to the curb and refused to move it until they finally came. Took another few weeks until they refunded 88. Going through the same thing again accept this time when they did not pick up, they said i did not pay my bill even though i am on auto pay. Time for another company to compete for their business in Superior Twp because this one is a joke.
Avoid this company at all cost if you can. They are my only option for trash pickup via my township contract. Emptied trash bins are left in the ditch on a regular basis as well as recycle papers spread all over the road after they have left. Now they accidentally dumped my whole trash bin into their truck and have promised to deliver me a new one. The promised dates have slid there time now and still no trash bin. All while my trash has been piling up in my garage for 10 days. My next step is to approach the people at my township responsible for the tras pickup contract.
I've waited a week for them to come and pick up a couch. I called a week before. They said they'd pick it up. I called the day after and they said there would be a delay. Her we are closing in on another week and they haven't picked it up. Not to mention delays in picking up normal trash. Update: Pam said that all queries in my area are under one account, and she didn't feel like going through all of them to find my request (I don't blame her). Here's the kicker, now the pickup is set for this week Friday.
They always pick the trash up when I make the appointment. It is a bit irritating to call and set it up though. They ask a lot of redundant questions and usually the customer service rep sounds miserable. I spoke with someone named DeNika today (idk how to spell her name). She was so helpful and upbeat! She answered on the first ring!
