I had an amazing experience here. I made an appointment with them over the phone, came in, and was immediately helped and had a test drive ready to go. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out every feature difference between the Giulia models I was looking at. I'd recommend Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo to anyone in the market for a sports car, or specifically an Alfa. Jason was the salesperson with whom I worked, and from our first meeting his focus was entirely customer-centric. I traded a 2018 Stelvio for a new 2021, so I was already familiar with the car. He didn't bore me by telling me what I already knew; instead, he focused on the improvements to the car since 2018. I've dealt with the other Alfa Romeo dealership in the Boston area, and I would unqualifiedly recommend Herb Chambers and Jason.
