I’ve worked for Way ahead care (Bath) for nearly 6 years now as a care and support assistant in the community. I had previously worked for two other care companies, and I have to say Way ahead has been the best to work for. The training given was, and continues to be outstanding, and I always feel supported and able to ask for help or further training if needed. I have also managed to complete a diploma through the company which I was always supported with. All staff members are helpful and listen well, doing their best to try and help, and all the carers on the field are also supportive and work as a team. It is a highly rewarding job, with every day being different, and I’m proud to be apart of the Way Ahead Care team!

I have worked for way ahead care for 2 years as a care and support assistant. The training given was outstanding. All coordinators , HR, supervisors and manager are very helpful & supportive whenever I do stuck they try their best to help. It’s a rewarding job . I’m happy to keep continue with way ahead care . I was working in hotel. Now I join way ahead care Last year in December. My wife she is working since 2 years with wayahead care also my colleagues she has joined 6 months earlier. I found way Ahed care very nice. All coordinators and manager , HR they are very helpful. Training department absolutely fantastic. They trained me with full confidence. I have been working for WayAheadCare now for several months and what has been apparent since the start is the tireless effort to provide care at the highest level possible. During the pandemic I have been especially impressed with how the company has focused on developing our clients self worth and dignity during these difficult times.
I have found Way Ahead Care Company a very supportive place to work, for over 5 years. In my role as a Carer I am made to feel very valued by management and the office team.
