Wax is the spot for hiphop & lots of other goodies: it may not have the same amount of pricey obi-wrapped gems of Licorice Pie or the selection of Northside (where Mr.Thing got Heaven & Hell Is A Place on Earth that I should've got!) but always good for a dig.

Perhaps more aimed at djs? But a decent stock of records you won't see everywhere in this compact, little shop. The guy was conversational, albeit aloof, but good enough to throw a couple of records on based on our chat about music to make some points. I like that. And also pointed me in the direction of other stores who would stock more of what I wanted.
