Very poor customer service, CEO of company is just figure head on paper, does not respond to emails or voice mails for customer complaints. Staff does not know when or if he will be in office. CFO it a relative who only communicates via text message also doesn’t work in warehouse. Amahyria is helpful and pleasant but does not follow thru. Second slab that was used is thicker than first piece when sent back to repair was sent to install a week later for a second time never fixed. Took four visits to warehouse to approve the slab that was damaged by the aging process that is done in warehouse. I now understand why payment in full is required before installation. I have been waiting for two weeks for a promised email stating the “stain” will not return after acetone treatment. I was told over and over it’s a natural stone. And you picked it not us. Finally damage was repaired. I hope it never returns.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Super selection of unique granite, quartz, and marble. The service was great and price beat everyone else.

The countertops are beautiful; however, they were (per our contractor and installers) not cut appropriately at the warehouse for our sink and the installation resulted in lesser-than-desired results (large 1/4\ or more gap on the back corner that was filled in with epoxy and silicone along with large silicone filling around the entire perimeter to hide 1/8-1/4\ gap between counter and sink). The installers were very professional and polite; however, they were not trained nor familiar regarding the installation of the counter around our particular sink (raised farmhouse). I would imagine a good business model would pair a more experienced installer with a learner. The rest of the seams and installation, including the kitchen island with drop in stovetop are wonderful! We're looking for ways to hide these defects with trim, etc. and hopefully can remedy the situation. Customer service regarding the issue is significantly delayed and unfortunately we have no leverage as the balance for the product was paid prior to installation. Living and learning.

Great place to buy counters. Friendly staff, and good quality product. Not the least expensive, but they stand behind the work!!
