I had the worst experience with wavelength recruitment service. I was recruited to a new gp practice that was vastly over saturated with new doctors. We were being paid on a guarantee whilst literally seeing no patients. I subsequently opted to leave the practice as there were no patients which would make it easier for the existing doctors there. I was then threatened with legal action by the clinic because of this decision. Wavelength were complete unsupportive and useless in handling the aftermath of this situation. My indemnity agency MDA were great in supporting and helping me through this stressful time.

Craig Picard (senior recruitment consultant), specifically, is extremely accommodating, reliable and maintains the wholesome view of locum work that other agencies lack. Always prompt with replies and always ready to go above and beyond - He facilitated more job opportunities than I had time for, and also helped me through every step of the application processes for each as well. Rawnak (para consultant) also deserves mention - she made the often difficult administrative difficulties a breeze and through all the stress and rush was always polite and calm. I cannot recommend this agency enough from my experience so far ... head and shoulders and knees above the rest
