Trying to set up our account with Wave for past 5 weeks.... One person would email me saying welcome pack is one the way, then next day other person would email to say they cannot find any documents from our company. Bloody useless company. Wasting my time. How hard is it to create an account?!
Appalling service. Ignore emails and terminate live chats when a complaint is raised. AVOID!
After some very trying issues with Wave Utilities regarding bills and charges, The problem has now been rectified by a Steven Conway who handled and dealt with the issue in a very professional manner. A credit to his employer, well done and thank you
