This department is managing the construction on Highway 11 in Racine and there are not only mistakes and dangers there is no way to even contact anybody to make them known! I don't understand how a division can get away with doing whatever they want there's nobody to oversee this. The absolute worst part is nobody answers the phone andnobody will call you back, I even left a direct voicemail for they project manager. If this continues hopefully somebody with some money and little extra time will challenge these people in court because it's the only way I can see anything would change.
