Finally, after a lot of searching for the Red Buick I wanted, I was fortunate enough to have that search end at Boucher Cadillac . Adding to that fortune, was the opportunity to have Joe Hacker as my sales contact. Joe displayed excellent listening skills to my needs both in secure knowledge of a quality car and in financing. Came here to buy a used car that they had on the lot for a while. Spoke to a salesman about test driving the car and driving home with it if everything checked out. Setup an appointment two days in advance and I was promised the car would be ready to go. Took a half day of vacation to drive an hour down and meet at noon. The car wasn’t ready when I arrived and then it was a laundry list excuses why it wasn’t. These excuses came from the salesman and the sales manager. It was as if because I wasn’t there to buy a Cadillac, that my time and the sale didn’t matter.
