Terrible service. Keep the customer wait for ages and then tells the item is not available. There are 5 persons to get the orders ready but take too much time to complete the order. They have high attitude and ignore the customer purposely. There are two old ladies who prepare orders but they need others to help them. The best thing is two of them to get sit in the counters. Poorly organized and very very late. Disappointed about this union chemist store. Will never visit again.

Experience isn't that great here , they take alot of time even to give the few tablets. They have an option to WhatsApp your medicine before you arrive but ain't sure how quick it is.

I did call there hotline to look into something I needed and they kept me waiting without responding for a few minutes, you could hear them talk around other stuff rather than dealing with the customer. Very bad service.
Inefficiency ! Wasted 29 minutes to take three drugs of the proscription. Few pharmacists always refer one chief pharmacist. Pharmacists cannot work individually, depend on chief. I will never come to this.

Very poor service.... I gave my litman stethescope for warrenty claim..... They had very poor communication with agent and..... Took one week to contact the service person.... For the whole process more than 20days
