I have been a customer for over 20 years. However I found I had not been reading the gauge correctly and had run out last weekend. I already had an order due on Friday but the girl I spoke to rang me back and promised it for Wednesday. It didn't come and on Thursday I have been told that it was not going to be delivered until Friday. I am 83 and I am cold!

I would award no stars if allowed, they cancelled my order a day after it was due blaming vehicle availability, still awaiting a call from a manager, horrendous communication with no follow up. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy organising expensive replacement deliveries

Promised quick delivery for higher price than rivals. Promised delivery tue or wed, no show. Promised delivery Friday but after ringing twice was told too busy to fit me in. Make promises they don’t keep. They blamed me because they could have delivered between 11am and 2pm Thursday but I had a rescue dog to transport so couldn’t be there at that time. So it was all my fault. Lost my custom, weren’t even bothered.

Just to say thank you to the team at Watsons fuel as you have never let me down, fuel was always good and on time, prices competative and service is always good. Only when confronted with a bad supplier that realise that not enough praise was said to my regular one, so here it is. I wish I had NEVER ordered Glomax form CERTAS/BUTLER, my mistake cost me over a 1000 and I am looking at at least 1300 bill to pump out their bad fuel and dispose of it.

Very disappointing service. You have taken 2 payments from our credit card and the oil was not delivered when promised yesterday and you are now closed for the weekend and you knew that we had run out of oil. Needless to say that we wont be using you again. I cant understand why it will take until Wednesday for the credit to be put back on the card, when the payment was taken immediately.
