This company has given me the runaround for the past two weeks before finally cancelling on us altogether. They took our money, gave us a date, then didn't show up. When we called to find out why they said our fence was a \Health and safety issue.\ They serviced this house three years ago with no trouble because we have another entrance to the fuel system which does not require any ladders, but no one bothered to communicate with us. They also took five separate phone calls to update our phone number in their system. When I raised these issues with their customer service, the man gave me an attitude. He never once admitted they had made an error or apologized nor did he bother trying to solve the problem. Instead we are starting over with a ten day wait with another company. Do not use this service. They are dreadful at their jobs and rude to boot.

Just received my heating fuel delivery. Delivery was meant to be by Monday. delivery Thursday. but we are in a very serious pandemic. I'm so grateful to any key worker. Found driver very friendly and very curtious. Thank you Watson fuels your key service is appreciated.

watsons fuel lorrie park outside my house , unofficial layby. I ask the Driver to turn off the vehicle engine as it idling fumes where coming into house and garden. THE Driver reply I can't it's broken!!! the engine will not switch off. and have to stop by law for a break, I understand this the law and breaks WHY IS A THIS COMPANY RUNNING VEHICLE THAT IS NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY!!! REG WU60 VGP. good for the environment!!!!! there are 40,000 deaths link to diesel vehicles left idling .
