I've only been to the garden room at Watlington house so can't comment on the main house. There is parking available and the gardens are a lovely little oasis in the city centre. There are various events and classes held in the garden room (yoga, gong baths, dance classes) and it's a great venue for all that. The space inside is large. There is a kitchen and bathrooms and some cosy corner seating. I understand they also rent it out for private events as well.
